Finance is the lifeblood of every organization. Systematic keeping of books of accounts helps the effective functioning of any organization, especially that of an NGO. Right from the begnning KSSS has got a full-fledged finance department.Proper financial planning, timely flow of funds , its utilization and reporting are parts of financial management.

Objectives

• To plan the financial commitments of KSSS in different interventions
• To make sure the timely flow of funds
• To ensure the proper utilization of funds
• To keep proper books of accounts
• To conduct regular auditing
• To do financial reporting

KSSS maintains a sound internal financial control system by establishing an internal auditor for assessing the authenticity and accuracy of various transactions in various credit unions. KSSS conducts workshops for credit union members about proper book keeping systems.
